How would UBI (Universal Basic Income) of $1000 per month affect you?

Presuming that it somehow didn’t create inflation of any kind, I would have a significantly easier time paying rent. Between my wife and me getting UBI (presumably), rent and bills would be covered, which means we’d only have to cover food and a couple of smaller expenses.

We’d probably continue working as we do, saving half of our money to afford a house (which is, currently impossible in the pacific northwest).
