A new guaranteed income program will soon be helping hundreds of women, in particular Black women, by providing monthly money to help bridge a wage gap. Eligible Georgia women are in line to receive $850 a month for two years The Georgia Resilience and Opportunity Fund is partnering with GiveDirectly to run what it described as the largest guaranteed income program in the South.
