Byou work with Northwestern University , the city of Evanston in Illinois has launched a universal basic income program called the Guaranteed Income Pilot Program which will provide 150 households with $500 a month for a year.
The goal of the program is to study the effects of guaranteed income and provide researchers at North Western University with a first-hand look at beneficiaries’ experiences after receiving this stimulus control.
