So, in your example, and just using rounded numbers as an example. No job is $1000/month, and earning up to $24000/year is $1000/month

For every $1000/year made above that, UBI drops by $10/month. So if you make $25000/yr, you get $990/month. If you earn $50,000, you earn $740/month. If you earn $100,000/yr, you earn $240/month.
