Winnipeg Sun/Chris Procaylo/stf The Manitoba Metis Federation (MMF) has sent two letters to the City of Winnipeg about the homeless encampment next to its headquarters near Disraeli Freeway.
Legal action will be taken by MMF if the city does not do its part to deal with the homeless encampment.
