Recipients of a guaranteed income program in Los Angeles County only need to wait a little less than two weeks before their next payment of $1,000 will be issued.
The program, titled Breathe , selected 1,000 people last year to receive $1,000 every month for three years and issues the payments to recipients every 15th of a month. Payments began in June 2022, and the final payment will be issued in August 2025, a spokesperson for Los Angeles County told the Washington Examiner .
