About 19 years ago, dog lover Lisa St. Clair — from a shed in the backyard of her rural Hollyville Road home outside of Millsboro — began making homemade dog treats for her sick pup.
Today, she is the proud owner of TailBangers, an all-natural dog treat business based in Millsboro that has nationwide demand and appeal for the likes of such treats as Barkin’ Biscotti, Canine Cannoli, Pawcan Twirls and scores of others.
