Jalandhar, May 11Seema Rani (38) leaves for work with the hope of fulfilling her dream – a dream that gave her the strength to battle poverty. She says, “It was my husband’s dream who expired five years ago to see our daughter become an IAS officer, but my economic condition is the biggest obstacle, and I fear if I’ll ever be able to manage her study expenses.”
