Universal Basic Income Part 2: The case against

These were – security and independence, improving labour markets, use of the money not being as reckless as you might think, equity, simplicity, and UBI as an insurance policy.

I also listed briefly the arguments against UBI that will be the focus of discussion in this post. These are: equity (or lack thereof), monetary cost, opportunity cost, and the lack of consensus in how UBI would be implemented.
