I try to show to any one that can think rationally and without ideology clouding their abilities in this regard that present system is a failure and tinkering will just add to that failure. We need to A approach low income and poverty based on current conditions and economy. B We need to do the math on the cost of present system and diverting much of that wasted money on the Earned Guaranteed Annual Income. Cost of present system includes rehabilitation, policing, courts, incarceration, medical, social support, social integration, substance abuse and the list goes on.
