ever since i was a kid, my parents have always told me that robots were gonna come and take all the low-end jobs; they’re easy to produce, cost way less than having humans there, and are far more accurate. and they were always scared of it. it didn’t make sense to me then, and doesn’t make sense to me now. if all the menial taskwork we need done can be done by robots, then why not just give people money and let them do what they want, and let the robots do their job?
